Road testing my new, 100% cashmere, Uniqlo crewneck in my favorite New York neighborhood, Soho.

While I’m a firm believer no cashmere is bad cashmere, there are some better than others. What makes this Uniqlo knit stand out to me? I love that something so simple and rooted in basics is anything but basic. The edited down silhouette makes this an indispensable and highly versatile piece, while the fabrication and fit, give it a luxe quality…so luxe, you would never guess the price…

And while you simply can’t go wrong with the classic crewneck…after all, versatility is the name of the game, this cashmere knit is also available in a v-neck, turtleneck and classic cardigan. Personally, the black turtleneck has my name all over it and is definitely my next purchase!

Uniqlo proving you really can have it all, aspirational pieces that are both attainable and highly wearable.

Kept styling here monochrome and minimal, in almost all-black-everything.
Predicting this is just the first of many looks I’ll be wearing with this crew, this staple has icon-worthy status!
