So if you’ve ever been to NY, and I imagine it must be the same in a lot of cities with street merchants, then you would be familiar with the NYC “street-hat” ! The identical hats sold from one table to the next, hats all stacked in one-size fits all straw piles…the trick is to be patient and give several a try in order to find one that fits right. Oh and I always grab from the middle hoping for a slightly less man-handled one. ; )
