Breaking the rules, and re-defining what one thinks of as a “Summer Dress”, this one is full volume, maximum length, has draping and sleeves…I know, I know, sounds like a lot for summer, but this dress is relaxed, easy and altogether carefree…just what Summer is meant to be.
